[Genealib] World Family Tree

My understanding from William Forsythe at Proquest is that anything
that is in Ancestry.com that is submitted by the general population
is not part of Ancestry Library Edition, so One World Tree, Family
Trees, message boards and the like are not included. Only verifiable
databases are part of ALE.
