[Genealib] Clooz

I've used Clooz to organize photographs in a church
archive, then we branched out into scrapbooks, loose
papers, annual reports etc...  You can use it for
almost anything.  The newest version has some reports
for keeping track of information on houses...could be
used by historical societies as well as genealogists. 
The current version is much easier to use than the
previous one and has more preset reports.
