[Genealib] Clooz

Someone asked recently about a way to keep track of massive research 
notes.  Is anyone using Clooz?  I've meant to try it for years and 
recently downloaded a demo version after seeing an article about it in 
the NGS Magazine.  However, my demo version is faulty; it lacks the 
button to enter data after you've typed it.  I emailed the help address, 
but haven't heard back.  So I wonder about others' experiences.
