Hi Kim,

Thanks for getting back to me. I just talked to Eric Grundset and he
said he would send them. But if he doesn't come up with the pages I'll
keep you in mind for Monday.

Thanks so much. Our issue is in a bound set and no one ever noticed we
had a bad issue.
