Has any ordered materials from Genealogical Services in Utah, recently?

According to their web site www.genservices.com
<http://www.genservices.com/>  the address is Genealogical Services
Inc., PO Box 1227, West Jordan, UT 84084-1227; PH: 801-280-1554; FAX:
801-254-6729.

According to web sites their address is 11481 Jordan Farms Rd., South
Jordan, UT 84095, PH: 801-280-1554.

The problem is that we ordered materials from them in Feb. 2007 and they
haven't arrived.  I called and left messages yesterday and today with no
answers.

Has anyone had similar experiences?  Any successes?
