[Genealib] more problems with Ancestry LE

I'm almost superstitious enough to be afraid to say that we have not had
the current problems with ALE so far.  However, this list is proving its
usefulness yet again in alerting others to the existence of problems and
possible solutions.  I will be away from the office all next week, so I
have forwarded a summary of the difficulty being experienced, plus
Sean's e-mail, to our tech staff so if we begin having problems they
will understand what is going on immediately, and will know what to do
without wasting any time and effort.
