[Genealib] more problems with Ancestry LE

I'm glad to see that we're not the only place that is still having
problems. We've followed all the ideas that were posted on GENEALIB,
including upgrading to IE 7.0, and the problems still persist. In our
case, when patrons do a search from the Ancestry LE home page, a blank
page comes up instead of results. Clicking on the refresh button does
bring up the page of results, but this is not a solution. It's not even a
temporary fix; many of our patrons don't even ask for help when they reach
the blank screen, and simply leave, discouraged.

We've contacted our Ancestry representative two times, and each time they
have simply referred us to the discussion on the GENEALIB listserv.
However, the fixes mentioned here haven't solved our problems. Any other
ideas for how to fix this or get a solution from Ancestry?

We have continued to have IE closing problems since last week's "fix".
IT says there will be no upgrade to IE 7.0 anytime soon. This is a
problem that we are very unhappy with and if it is not fixed there may
be no renewal of our subscription.
