You can't copyright facts. Record "just the facts Mam" and you should be
fine.

Obituraries, Marriages, Reunions and Such... This will cover
about a
10 year period or more.
I need to know if newspaper information of this type is "Public Domain"
or
if I have the right to use these clippings right out of the newspaper.
