We have experienced the same problems with Ancestry LE, but only on the public access computers.  Staff have always been able to access Ancestry LE images successfully, even after these error messages started.  We are on Internet Explorer 6.0.2900.2180 service pac2. on both "sides", so to speak, staff and public.  

Any suggestions as to why this is happening?  We don't anticipate upgrading to IE 7 until this summer.

I had the same problems, but they stopped after I went to the Windows update webpage and downloaded current security updates, etc.

        Our library in SE Ohio is experiencing the same problem. It will not give the image, just says error processing image. If anyone out there finds out what the problem is let us all know!
