[Genealib] Tracing Your Irish Ancestors

We have just purchased Tracing Your Irish Ancestors, third edition, by John
Grenham.  Does anyone know if this supersedes the previous two editions.  Is
there any reason why I should not discard them?  I recall that when I
purchased the second edition, I made a note not to discard the first
edition.  Can anyone out there advise me?
