My State Senator, Missouri, made a number of attempts to break this log jam, 
not even a US Senator could affect the outcome.

The Privacy Laws really get in the way on occasion and are often used as an 
excuse to avoid performance. 

Most cemetery headstones show a date of birth plus more data. Howecer these 
men who were lost during WWII often do not have headstones.
