It may appear to be spoof or a joke. KFC is an acronym for Kentucky Fried 
Chicken. However acronyms can have multiple meanings. 
For example from a 1993 dictonary KFC also means
Kanjagoogoo Fan Club
Katholieke Film Club
Kentfield (California) Seismograph station code US Geoligical Survey
Korea Friendship Committee (British)
I have no idea how this became associated with my e-mail.
