It's a little late for me to ask this, but where will this be taking place? You didn't mention where in Second Life it would happen. Thanks!

You may have been hearing recently about the virtual world known as "Second
Life". It's been talked about on NPR, and an article just appeared about it
in the Chicago Tribune. You can find out more about Second Life at
www.secondlife.com

The librarians of Second Life are sponsoring a number of free workshops, and
this Wednesday, November 15, at 9pm Eastern Time (6pm Second Life time), the
first genealogy workshop will be offered by Craig Scott on the topic of
American Civil War Military Records.

You can expect to hear about an increased presence of genealogy and
librarians (and genealogy librarians) in Second Life in the coming months.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me about it.

Drew Smith (known in Second Life as "Drew Rodinia")

Member of Genealogy Scribes Group (the genealogy group in Second Life)
