[Genealib] microfilm scanners

We have a microfilm scanner.  It's attached to our in-house print 
network and people make prints using the coin-op machines.  They can 
also create efiles which can be downloaded to disk.  (We also sell clean 
disks for $1.00)  We don't charge for downloading, since there's no 
actual product to recover cost on.
