In another life I did staff training on Ancestry Library Edition, but that was before they changed things last year. The most helpful thing I found, after demonstrating some of the ins and outs, was to have them look for their own ancestors in the database. I also developed a flow chart of a genealogy reference interview.

Has anyone done a training for their staff (MLS and paraprofessional, all departments) on helping patrons how to use Ancestry? If so do you have any handouts or tips to share?
Thanks,
Julie
