[Genealib] Obituary look-up policy

Our obit look up fee is $5 plus $0.25 per page. For more than an obit, city
directory listing, etc. it reverts to our off-site reference fees for
non-residents. These fees were put in place in May 2004. We do have
objections to fees and the number of requests has gone down a bit, but we
also just don't have the staff time to keep up with the number of requests.

OFF SITE REFERENCE FEE
For all phone and mail research questions in the Calvin Coolidge
Presidential Library, Local History and Genealogy, the patron will be
charged $20 per hour for any research taking longer than thirty minutes.
Copies will be billed at $.25 each. For Genealogy ONLY, all questions by
phone or mail will be charged $5.00 plus $20 per hour for each hour after
thirty minutes.
There is no charge for on-site research assistance. Copies made by the
patrons will cost $.10 each. Copies made of Special Collections material by
the librarian will cost $.25 each.
