[Genealib] Obituary look-up policy

In the last year, someone on the list put together a wonderful sheet
of every one's policies after a similar thread of discussion. They
kindly forwarded me a copy, I am ashamed to say that at this moment I
forget who that was :(, does anyone remember who this kind individual
was?? Mary
