[Genealib] Why do you rearrange your collection?

Why?

While we might have had a Dewey understanding of why materials from our home
county were in several different spots like military and religion, our
patrons did not care.  Their main concern was what do you have on this or
that county, and where do I find it.  Therefore, all materials from a given
county are now together in categories (Church, History, Census, etc.).
We've gotten good remarks.
