The company describes itself on its Terms page at
http://www.gov-certificates.co.uk/terms.html this way: "Gov-Certificates is a professional
search and Supply Company."

Is it either the policy or practice for public libraries to place links on their websites
to commercial organizations?

Hello,

Has anyone used or know about this website?

http://www.gov-certificates.co.uk/index.html

Is it truly an official site to get certificates? They contacted us.
They would like for us to cross link each other's webpage. Before I do
that I would like to know if anyone has had experience with them.

Thanks
