Following are the issues I've encountered so far with the new Ancestry Library Edition Interface. Has anyone noticed any others?
1. Lack of a keyword textbox / search option on the:
· Search for your ancestors screen.
· Search Census Records screen.
· Search Birth, Marriage & Death Records screen.
· Search Military Records screen.
· Search Directories & Member Lists Records screen.
· Search Court, Land & Probate Records screen.
· . . . and perhaps other screens.
2. Ancestry has broken their result sets down into three categories: Historical Records; Stories & Publications; and Photos & Maps. If you search Historical Records, you can then theoretically just click on the links for Stories & Publications or Photos & Maps to see additional results. The problem is that if you select one of the categories and that category doesn't have any search results, you can't then go back to one of the categories that did have search results without redoing the search (or using the browser's back button).
