[Genealib] RE:Making family history relevant to our customers

The re-thinking resource sharing initiative has issued a manifesto that
envisages improved resource sharing by widening delivery options.  Of
particular note is the idea of including reference look-up as a form of
delivery.  This means changing the user interface of software to present
a look-up option in results presentation.  Digitisation on demand is
another option of real relevance for genealogy services.  Some of
