No, there's definitely not a connection between the two, but that is interesting that A name appeared on something. My only reason for asking relates to a bibliography I'm working on with some of TLC's titles in it.

No, not the same.  This is the webpage of Dr. Stephen E. Bradley of Lawrenceville, VA.  His items are self-published and he's never done anything under the TLC heading that I know of (and he's not related to a Nancy Bradley either, at least that I know of.)
