[Genealib] IGI microfiche--1988

[William Blohm]

I thought there was a difference between the 1988 IGI fiche and the 
later editions in that the later editions eliminated much of the former 
German empire, due to some litigation the LDS church was defending. Can 
anyone confirm this?
