[Genealib] Does anyone know who "TLC Genealogy" was?

This is slightly off topic, but shows the difficulty of dealing with other
than standard publishers (which is sometimes not possible). When I was head
of acquisitions here, I called a "publisher" who had power tools going on in
the background. He said that he was out in the garage, working, and could
send me the items when he finished his cupboards or something.

 

Needless to say, I found another vendor for the particular item
