[Genealib] Does anyone know who "TLC Genealogy" was?

Does anyone know what was the name of the person was who ran the apparently now-defunct "TLC Genealogy" in Miami, Florida? I don't recall ever seeing an actual name associated with that publisher or in any cataloging records for the books they did. It is a shame that whoever this person was gets no "catalog credit" for all of the work that was done.
