[Genealib] disaster response plan model

Has anyone developed a disaster response plan for their local history/genealogy department that contains a list of essential functions, files,  and equipment  that you use to perform the core tasks?  If so, would you share it wth me?  I looking for a model that I can use to develop a plan for our collection.
