Karen's list is interesting .. I just now got down to her reply ...
1910-1915 Albert Garvin and 1918-1950 George Erskine
So I'd try to find out what happened between 1915 & 1918 ... note all the others are in succession with no breaks.
Where were the kids during these three years? I'd check out the Warden Garvin --- would not be unheard of that he had/kept the records.
But I'd sure be checking out those annual reports that do include the years in question and the three-year interim period ... bet you'll find some clue as to where those records are!

Note that the official name of the facility was the Connecticut Reformatory. According to the following site (containing a brief history and tips for searching the State Library's holdings), the facility was known as the Cheshire Reformatory but this was never an official name:

Does anyone have knowledge as to where the old records of inmates Cheshire Boys Reformatory during 1910-1915 might be stored? During the modernization the current staff has no idea what became of the records.
