[Genealib] Access newspaper Archive through Heritage Microfilms

We faxed our information to them at the end of October, including an email
address, and never heard further. We were told the free access would be for
all states other than the one where we are located - and that to add our
state would cost ... well, I don't remember exactly but a ridiculous amount.
