Hi,

I found this article in newspaperarchive.com.

Not sure if it's the same person, but there
are a couple of possible tie-ins: construction
work and Chicago relatives. The date is prior
to the date of the draft record, though, so not
sure.

New Castle (PA) News
Nov 24, 1916, p. 7

"Mother Seeks Sopn, Kenneth S. Winter

Kenneth S. Winter, an employe [sic] of the
Stone & Webster Construction company, has been
missing since October 25th, according to a
letter received from relatives in Chicago.
The young man was last seen in New Castle
on Sunday night, October 29. Since then no
word of him has been received. His mother
is very much worried over his mysterious
disapperance."
