[Genealib] STUMPED!!!! Help needed to unravel a pesky mystery

If this gentleman was aland surveyor he would have been registered
with the apprpiate bord or agency that regulates the practice of land
surveying. Isuggest that you check in Va and Il. Their records should
be available and would contain valuable bigraphic information.
