[Genealib] number of hours for the course

Larry, thanks.  My classes are six weeks, 2 hours each, pre-registration
required; I furnish a course outline and there are a few other handouts. I
also give generic assignments each week that they need to do anyway --- or
if already done they can turn that in ---   $75 per person.
