Hi all,

I've been greatly interested in the conversation that's been going on
about declining patronage in various libraries. However, it has seemed
to be a common idea that classes or orientation sessions of some kind
seem to be one very successful way to changing this trend in many
libraries.

I'm a new genealogy librarian and am considering a sort of genealogy
workshop series in our library. What program ideas have worked in other
libraries and which ones haven't? Does anyone have any suggestions for a
good genealogical research group?
