[Genealib] Declining use of collection

Our numbers were steadily rising until last year where there was a slight
dip which I attribute (or want to attribute) to gas prices (though have not
finished with my stats -- so don't know yet if the decline is with the out
of staters or the locals) and also the fact that a particular prof at the
community college did not teach the same courses this past year (he
generally makes all his kids come to the Room).  Anyhow ... that is my story
and I am sticking with it and will see what the coming year holds. :)
