[Genealib] Question on a citation

Hello, I have a patron that is looking for a copy of a page that was
cited in one of her resources. It reads:

Name: Graetzer, Kurt 
Source Citation:

Does anyone know where to get a copy of this particular citation so we
can get more information.  Thanks much.
