Bios: Joerg Ott graduated from Passau University, Germany with an MBA in Operations, Research and Finance, as well as a degree in psychology. He free-lanced as an executive consultant and trainer helping sales organizations dramatically increase revenues. Joerg developed proprietary methodologies and training courses for large sales organizations that transformed how they did business. In 1997, he formed an investment group whose goal is to acquire small and medium sized companies that focus on common technologies. Joerg devotes most of his time now in leading the mergers and acquisitions of the investment group. He is the father of two children and is an avid boater, skier and collector of fine wines & cigars.
