Students! All active USF students will be given Google mail accounts to host their email. With Gmail, students are given 6 gigabytes of storage so you don’t have to worry about deleting an email ever again! Do you work here? Don’t worry! You get free email too! USF IT is currently in the process of consolidating all Faculty and Staff email. Until we are there, your local department or college’s IT support can create your email account using your NetID.

Did you graduate from USF? Alumni, stay tuned! USF IT is working closely with the Alumni Association to provide all USF alumni with free lifetime email accounts. Once you graduate from USF, your email address will never change, and it will be yours forever! Working in conjunction with Google, USF Alumni will be privilege to 6 gigabytes of storage for each account and have exclusive access to Google Apps (calendar, IM, and document sharing). Staying in touch with your USF friends has never been easier! To sign up, check your email for announcements and updates from the Alumni Association on how and when you will be activating your account!
